Above all Ferrari is an international team working with the highest level of professionalism and dedication, based on performance, meritocracy and continuous development, with innovation at the heart of our future. /p pIn order to strengthen our bCommunication team /b, we are looking to hire an bEditorial Planning Governance Manager /b, based in Maranello (Italy).br/Reporting to the Head of Communication Strategy Planning, the role is responsible for the governance of the cross-departmental editorial planning, ensuring coherence, visibility and integration of all communication activities across communication channels.br/The position acts as a central coordination point across Communication Areas (Product, Racing, Hypercar, Lifestyle, Corporate and Internal) and channels, with the objective of guaranteeing strategic alignment and narrative consistency. /p pThe main responsibilities will be: /p h3Editorial Planning Governance /h3 ul liCreation and management of the master cross-channel editorial calendar. /li liCollection and consolidation of inputs from all communication departments. /li liMonitoring of communication activities across social media, web platforms, PR, events and internal channels. /li liIdentification and resolution of editorial conflicts or overlaps. /li liAlignment of editorial priorities with corporate and product roadmaps. /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Integration /h3 ul liOrganization and facilitation of regular editorial alignment meetings. /li liTranslation of strategic priorities into actionable editorial plans. /li liSupport in defining key content themes for strategic milestones. /li liContinuous interaction with stakeholders across communication functions. /li /ul h3Communication Guidelines Governance /h3 ul liDevelopment and update of communication guidelines and frameworks. /li liDefinition and maintenance of spokesperson guidelines and messaging architecture. /li liSupervision of tone of voice consistency across channels. /li liContribution to QA documents and executive communication materials. /li liSupport in the preparation of communication playbooks. /li /ul h3Monitoring and Reporting /h3 ul liPreparation of editorial visibility dashboards and tracking tools. /li liMonitoring implementation progress against agreed plans. /li liIdentification of narrative gaps and communication opportunities. /li liSupport to executive reporting activities. /li /ul h3Required Profile /h3 pIn order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results in Communication field and you will have gained more than 6 years of experience in corporate communication, brand communication or PR. /p pExperience in planning in structured and international environments and previous exposure to cross-functional coordination roles are mandatory to manage the activities.br/Experience in luxury, automotive, sport, fashion or technology sectors is considered a plus. /p pIn Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture.
