This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partners, ensuring they have a clear understanding of key product features and services.
Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, providing training on products and services;
* Collect valuable feedback and insights from clients and partners to improve products;

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above in science or engineering, preferably electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields;
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support roles;
* Strong self-drive and proactiveness, able to work independently and as part of diverse teams;
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and able to deliver training to groups;
* Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and find solutions independently;
A passion for this industry is an advantage, along with a willingness to learn continuously and grasp new complex information quickly.
Languages
Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory, additional languages such as French, Polish, or Dutch are a plus.
