Professional responsible for coordinating and validating non-destructive testing activities on offshore pipelay projects, ensuring compliance with project, contractual, and Client requirements.
Your role
Lead and coordinate NDT/NDE activities during offshore pipeline projects
Ensure inspection quality, compliance, and alignment with project requirements
Act as technical interface with Client representatives
Support continuous improvement of NDT processes and methodologies
Your responsibilities
Coordinate the NDE phase, including planning, qualification, and execution
Prepare and qualify NDT procedures, QC documentation, and equipment specifications
Supervise AUT, UT, MT, and ECA activities on girth welds and validate results
Support field/on-board teams, manage subcontractors, and handle critical issues
Requirements
5+ yrs. Experience in NDT on offshore pipelay or similar projects
Strong knowledge of AUT, UT, MT, ECA and inspection xlwpduy methodologies
Ability to manage procedures, qualification, and Client technical discussions
Solid understanding of NDT standards, data analysis, and process validation
