Responsibilities

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years supporting scaling Product and Technology organizations.
• Proven ability to navigate European labor laws and work with works councils/unions in Italy, France, and Germany.
• Experience in global SaaS environments (500+ employees) and scaling engineering teams of 150+.
• Executive presence and a consultant mindset when advising senior technical leadership.
• Expertise in translating business priorities into workforce structures and talent strategies.
• Data-driven approach using people analytics to influence decisions.
