Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, including interviews, training and development, performance reviews, and separations. Provide advice and support to employees and managers on HR issues, conflict resolution, and skill development. Manage training and development programs to foster employee growth. Monitor compliance with local and state HR regulations and maintain related documentation. Promote an inclusive and results-oriented company culture. Requisiti Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role. Deep knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Italy. Proven ability to successfully manage recruitment and selection processes. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information confidentially. Familiarity with HR management systems and payroll processing software.
