ABOUT THE ROLE The candidate will join the \\\"People & Organization\\\" Function, reporting to the Head of \\\"Talent & Administration\\\" team and will work on HR Training & Development tasks.
\n
This position is a fixed-term maternity cover.
\n
MAIN ACTIVITIES
\n
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis to identify critical skill gaps, leveraging Individual Development Plans and managerial insights to define targeted development priorities.
- Design and implement tailored learning programs, collaborating with external training providers and managing local Mentoring and Coaching initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
- Manage and optimize training budgets, including securing and administering public funding opportunities such as Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to support and align with international learning and talent development initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through specific KPIs (e.g., satisfaction, learning outcomes, application on the job, training ROI) and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS\n
- University Degree in Humanities. Master in Human Resources will be considered a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
- Advanced English level (B2/C1)

- Previous experience with Perfomance Management and MBO processes
