Ph3Commercial Asset Manager - Country Lead (Photovoltaic/Wind Sector - Spain and Portugal) /h3 pStern Energy Spa is a leading service company for utility scale and industrial photovoltaic power plants, with 6 subsidiaries across Europe, more than 250 employees, and 2.0 GW assets under management. /p pWe are looking for a proactive candidate with financial training or equivalent qualification, and experience in Asset Management within the renewable energy sector focusing on Solar and Wind plants. The role involves collaboration with Spanish, Portuguese and English‑speaking business partners and colleagues. /p pReporting to the Head of Asset Management, the Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing the commercial, financial, and soft technical aspects of photovoltaic and/or wind projects. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead and coordinate the management of the assigned PV portfolios. /li liMonitor the income and expenses of renewable energy operating companies. /li liPrepare and maintain liquidity and budget planning, including cost control. /li liProduce regular reports for investors, owners, and banks on asset financial performance. /li liManage and oversee operations, maintenance, and service contracts for our operating companies. /li liSupport quarterly and annual financial statement preparation and related documentation. /li liHandle insurance claims and/or warranty on behalf of the project company. /li liCollaborate closely with stakeholders, technical operations managers, investors, banks, tax advisors, auditors, and public authorities. /li liOrganize shareholder meetings from preparation, execution and follow-up. /li liFollow up internal reporting on plants in the portfolio and liaise with the clients Plants managers. /li liManage complex tasks with a multidisciplinary approach and by coordinating with various counterparts. /li /ul h3Essential Requirements and Skills: /h3 ul liEconomic/Financial training or equivalent qualification. /li liAt least 2 years of professional experience in similar works. /li liIndependent, resilient, and detail‑oriented working style. /li liExcellent proficiency in MS Office applications. /li liFluency in Spanish and Portuguese is required. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills. /li liTeam‑oriented mindset. /li /ul pJob location: Parma, Italy /p pSalary range: €30,000–€35,000 gross per year (the final offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and technical expertise). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
