Product Behavior and Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, Customer Experience, Warranty)ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Quality target definition in line with Customer Experience insights and deployment for full organization, including supplierProject risks management : support project leaders / platform manager in embedding structured risk management from early development stages, to foresee and control project risksDevelopment issues tracking and problem solving guidanceLesson learned consolidation : ensure key improvements from previous launches / current product issues are translated into updated protocols and executions standards embedded in new projects developmentCooperate with Engineering and Manufacturing team to strengthen Design Validation and Reliability Plan by integrating field failure mode, real usage conditions, software and manufacturing process integrationBuild stage maturity assessment : enhance management review assessment robustness xjrgpwk and timing control to anticipate issues and ensure timely executionREQUIREMENTS Deep knowledge of: 1) Product Development Process in complex industrial business sector; 2) Problem solving process; 3) Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (Design and Process)Previous experience (4+ years) in complex Product Development rolesAnalytical skillsGood attitude to projects risks managementEffective communication and negotiation skillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e.
