ResponsibilitiesYou shape the strategic direction of the Kardex Group in close collaboration with executive management and business unitsYou support, monitor and challenge core strategic programs to build a resilient, innovative, digital and scalable organizationYou develop, lead and implement strategic initiatives together with executives and their teamsYou track progress using KPIs, you report to leadership, and you ensure sustainable implementation of resultsYou act as a central interface between business units, functions and leadership to ensure alignment and clarityYou drive change management, proactively manage risks, and enable smooth execution in complex environmentsYou create executive presentations and decision papers that directly impact Kardex’ long-term strategic development
Profile / QualificationsYou bring a university degree in engineering or business administration, or equivalent qualificationsYou have solid professional experience in strategy consulting or project-based work; exposure to large transformation programs (digital, processes, data) is a strong plusYou set strategic directions for long-term initiatives and you steer their executionYou apply outstanding analytical skills, strategic thinking and strong implementation capabilitiesYou are highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Office 365You communicate effectively across all hierarchy levels and you manage stakeholder expectations with confidenceYou full business proficiency in English
