Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the ICT team, you will be responsible for providing support and maintenance to colleagues in various business units within our IT environment.
Your responsibilities will include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and updating various types of hardware and software. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting, both in-person and remotely, as well as collaborating with colleagues in the ICT team to manage our company's infrastructure.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Implementing, configuring, and managing Cloud Azure infrastructure.
* MS Office 365 Suite Administration.
* Implementation and management of virtualized environments (VMware/Azure).
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, including compute, storage, network, and security services.
* Technical skills in designing scalable and reliable cloud solutions, including disaster recovery, data management, budgeting, and governance.
* Hands-on experience in Azure administration, including the use of PowerShell, Azure CLI, Azure portal, and Azure Resource Manager.
* Knowledge of Azure workloads, security, and governance.
* Ability to manage Azure storage, virtual machines, virtual networks, application services, and more.
* Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, developers, administrators, and other roles responsible for implementing solutions in Azure.
* Knowledge of Azure's Well-Architected framework to improve the quality of cloud workloads.
* Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and reliable cloud solutions, ensuring business continuity.
* Good command of written and oral English (minimum level B2).
The Preferred Qualification Will Be:
* Possible knowledge of platforms such as Terraform or similar.
* Azure certifications such as Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert to demonstrate competence.
* Knowledge of perimeter protection technologies (Firewalls).
* Experience in troubleshooting and performance analysis, balancing and tuning of resources, with a background in structured companies.
