In this engaging role' you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers as they navigate our online retail platform. Your fluency in Italian will be instrumental in addressing inquiries regarding product availability' order processing' and returns' ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience. You will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our online retail services.
