TEAM & CLIENTELING MANGER/ HIGH LUXURY BRAND /MILAN
Responsibilities:
Support the management team in the conduction of the Store
Team Management (about 15 people Staff)
Continuously analyze the customer journey and its KPIs, identifying trends and proposing concrete improvement actions.
Build a strong customer experience
Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
Customer discovery, personalization, and relationship-building processes
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
Fluent spoken English and Italian
xpavfwm At least 5 years in managerial role for Luxury Brands or Hospitality
Business driven and detailed oriented
Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
Confident, enthusiastic and positive
Problem solving
Salary range: €60'000 /€70'000
