Assist the RUP in liaising with Authorities, utilizing the appropriate company structures. Verify, with support from the Quality Control assigned to the Area, the proper implementation of the quality management system for the realization process of interventions within their scope by internal and external parties. Support the RUP in monitoring assigned interventions, assessing progress and any deviations in physical, economic, and temporal aspects, and promptly reporting critical issues to the RUP. Participate in Kick-Off Project Meetings and Design Review Meetings convened by the RUP within the specific Project Team. During Design and Construction phases, verify PODs (to ensure compliance with the Project Management System procedure), and in agreement with the Project Controller, verify the production schedule of deliverables during Design and the Production Program during Construction, for approval by the RUP.
