Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Qualifications: CA qualification advantageous; Honours Degree (BCom Accounting) and MBA preferred. Work Experience: Minimum 6 years, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Skills: Proficiency in finance, accounting, budgeting, IFRS, SAP-B1, automated financial systems, advanced MS Excel, and exceptional communication. Key Responsibilities: Business Controlling: Produce timely financial reports, monthly reports, strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts. Analyse financial key figures and provide operational management with insightful support.
