About the Role
To help realise our growth ambitions, we are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Sales Assistant who strengthens our local team and contributes to customer engagement and sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Sales Team in daily operations and coordinating commercial activities
- Managing the order process in collaboration with Customer Service (order entry, tracking, delivery follow-up)
- Proactively contacting customers for reorders, upselling and follow-ups
- Analysing sales data and monitoring KPIs to identify trends and opportunities
- Maintaining and improving CRM data quality and supporting pipeline management (e.g. Salesforce)
- Supporting loyalty programs and promotional initiatives to increase customer value
- Assisting in the organisation of events, trade fairs and customer-facing activities
Qualifications
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Experience in Sales Support, Sales Assistant or a similar commercial role is preferred
- Strong analytical skills (Excel or similar tools)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise, problem-solve and work in a dynamic environment
- Team player with a cross-functional mindset
Required Skills
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and ERP systems
- Background in foodservice, wholesale or retail
- Experience with loyalty programs or promotional campaigns
- Exposure to Trade Marketing or event coordination
