We are a well‑established company operating in the metalworking industry, recognized for technical expertise, reliability, and long-term customer partnerships. To strengthen our commercial operations, we are seeking a Sales Back Office professional to join our team in Mogliano Veneto (TV), after an initial training period in our office in Padova.
Main Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support the Sales Department with the following activities:
- Processing and entering customer orders
- Preparing quotations, offers, and commercial documentation
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Coordinating with production and logistics to monitor order progress
- Managing communication with customers and suppliers (email/phone)
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining commercial reports
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in a technical or economic field
- Previous experience in sales back office or customer service roles (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication abilities and customer‑oriented approach
- Proficiency with standard office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
