TXT e-Tech, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for System Engineers to join projects in the Aerospace & Defence sector.
The selected candidates will be involved in system engineering and algorithm modelling activities, contributing to the analysis, definition and development of advanced Avionic Command & Control systems within highly innovative and multidisciplinary environments.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze and define system and functional requirements
- Design the architecture of advanced Avionic Command & Control systems
- Perform functional analysis and modelling of complex systems
- Support the definition and evolution of system architectures using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during system development and integration activities
- Ensure requirements traceability and consistency of the proposed solutions
Required technical skills:
- Ability to define functional requirements
- Experience in designing complex system architectures
- Knowledge of System Engineering methodologies and processes, particularly Model-Based approaches
- Knowledge of Command & Control algorithms
- Experience with the IBM toolchain, particularly DOORS
Optional technical skills:
- Knowledge of interfaces and communications between avionics equipment and subsystems
- Knowledge of optics principles and electro-optical sensors
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Electronic Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
- STEM disciplines or equivalent fields
