PpSMS group is looking for a bQuality Specialist /b for our Center of Competence "Quality, Product Compliance Standards". /p pThe Quality Specialist is responsible for analyzing, monitoring and recommending improvements and harmonization of quality processes across the organization. The Quality Specialist ensures implementation and tracking of specific QM measures in line with DIN EN ISO 9001, prepares data for management review, and acts as a central interface to internal and external stakeholders. /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liTrack and ensure implementation of assigned QM measures in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. /li liPlan, organize, coordinate and control internal subprojects. /li liDesign, prepare and perform plausibility checks on quality reports. /li liInitiate and moderate optimization processes related to quality management. /li liPrepare management review inputs by collecting and consolidating data from the organization. /li liShape the strategic alignment of quality documentation within the company. /li liMaintain the interface between SMS group and interested parties (internal and external). /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure timely and complete execution of specific QM measures and follow-up actions. /li liDrive continuous improvement by analyzing quality indicators and deriving corrective or preventive measures. /li liCoordinate and harmonize quality‑related processes in collaboration with process owners and IT where applicable. /li liSupport effectiveness control and coordination of system and process audits as required. /li liRegular task‑related collaboration and alignment with other departments to reconcile differing interests and requirements. /li liThe role does not include formal personnel management responsibilities under the applicable remuneration agreement. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree from a university of applied sciences or equivalent qualification in engineering or business. /li liProfessional experience typically between 1 and 3 years in quality management for this role level. /li liPossession of quality‑auditor certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is considered an advantage. /li liFamiliarity with DIN EN ISO 9001 requirements and experience preparing quality reports and management-review inputs. /li liAbility to plan and coordinate small projects/subprojects and to moderate process optimization activities. /li liA structured approach to work and good self‑management are required for this position. /li /ul pbCandidates of all genders may apply to the job posting or send their CV to /b /p pPersonal data will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679.
