Our people culture is shaped by distributed leadership, embracing dynamic principles that promote an open and collaborative workplace where everyone can thrive and bring their best selves. /p pAre you ready to grow with us ? /p h3Position - HSE Specialist /h3 pWe are seeking for a passionate and driven person who, reporting to the Group HSE Manager and working in the operational sites in full cooperation with the Plant Manager, manages all aspects and activities related to HSE Health Safety Environment. /p h3What you will do /h3 pTaking on the role of HSE specialist and act as RSPP (Head of the Prevention and Protection Service) at the operational sites, in compliance with Italian law, after an adequate induction period; /p pIdentification, management and control of all the law and regulations applicable requirements and according to the Group's corporate directives related to health, safety and environment; /p pManaging risk analysis and assessments on HSE matters, taking into account the specific kind of the business activities and the organization; /p pDrafting, defining, proposing, keeping updated and monitoring prevention, protection and improvement plans based on HSE risk assessments and / or sustainability projects; /p pConducting internal inspections and audits in operational areas in order to ensure the management, monitoring and control of all HSE aspects, including operational aspects, in full collaboration with colleagues; /p pReporting to the Group HSE Manager and working with site management in order to propose, define, and implement suitable prevention and protection measures, improvement initiatives, and action plans to eliminate or reduce HSE risks, improving HSE performance, and promoting sustainable development; /p pSupporting the Group HSE Manager, plant management teams, and company management in relations with authorities and regulatory third bodies, managing authorization processes and compliance with regulatory requirements; /p pEnsuring compliance with the requirements applicable to operations activities obtaining, implementing and maintaining permits and authorizations and HSE management systems (certs ISO 45001, ISO 14001); /p pRegularly verifying that employees are aware of their responsibilities and roles regarding HSE and sustainability and that they comply with established measures; /p pPreparing, planning, and managing training programs and awareness initiatives on HSE and sustainability topics (with external experts if necessary), ensuring that all employees receive adequate training, and specific instruction according to their work environments and roles /p pContributing to implementation of Group standards, management systems and generation and distribution of best practices, proposing new procedures and guidelines /p pParticipating as a supporting member of specific committees and meetings proactively promoting initiatives and projects related to HSE, sustainability, and ESG topics /p pReporting on HSE and sustainability performance data for the sites and the Group, also for ESG purposes. /p h3Who you are /h3 pDegree in Engineering, preferably Environmental or Safety Engineering, or a technical degree with equivalent experience; /p pIn possess of qualifications to assume the role of RSPP (Prevention and Protection Service Officer) at operations sites according to Italian law; /p pSpecialized training certs in occupational health and safety, environment, and sustainability, particularly for RSPP roles and certified trainer status as required by Italian law; /p pHSE experience in industrial operations contexts, preferably in the mechanical business sector; /p pExperience in implementing HSE management systems ISO 45001, ISO 14001, (ISO 50001 will be considered a plus); /p pbFluent in English; /b /p pExcellent interpersonal skills, strong cooperative attitude, and teamwork orientation; /p pAbility to manage defined tasks autonomously after eventual appropriate initial support; /p pGoal-oriented mindset aligned with company objectives (both group and plant); /p pAbility to analyze and summarize with a strategic and systemic vision. /p h3What you will find – A place where you can grow /h3 ul liDistributed leadership encouraging a "can do" attitude; /li liGlobal and multicultural environment; /li liContinuous learning approach; /li liInternational cross functional teams. /li /ul h3Equal Employment Opportunity /h3 pWe promote and support an inclusive culture, encouraging workforce diversity.
