They specialise in high-performance ceramic dental implants and are a leader in biological dentistry solutions, with a presence in 30+ countries worldwide.
What the role involves:
* Develop and implement growth strategies for your territory.
* Identify and engage key dental and surgical customers.
* Run presentations, demos, and training sessions on advanced zirconia implant solutions.
* Organise and support local events, workshops, and roadshows.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
* Support product development by providing market insights.
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
* Keep CRM systems up to date and track all customer interactions.
What they’re looking for:
* Degree in dental, medical, dental tech or commercial/business field.
* Proven track record in dental or implantology sales.
* Experience developing new markets from scratch.
* Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
* Structured, detail-oriented and highly proactive.
* Willingness to travel extensively and occasional weekend work.
* Fluent in Italian + English; other languages are a bonus.
* Valid driver’s license.
