Main Responsibilities:
* Your main duties in flying with us
* Acquire new hotel partners, manage hotel accounts according to assignment by Area Manager / Senior Market Manager, and maintain relationships with hotel partners. Review and improve commercial conditions, including promo rates and margins.
* Monitor and enhance price competitiveness and room inventory availability.
* Support related departments with customer bookings.
* Fulfill SLA, meet KPI targets, and contribute to the overall hotel department’s goals.
* Review and evaluate hotel performance, and improve business production with hotel partners.
* Maintain accurate hotel content and facility details to boost bookings.
* Participate in company campaigns and promotional projects.
* Invite and sign hotels to special agreements to improve margins and competitiveness.
* Conduct presentations and workshops for hotel partners to strengthen relationships.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, e-commerce, or revenue management, preferably within the hotel, travel, or hospitality industry (especially OTA channels).
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
* Proven ability to research, prepare, and communicate proposals to hotel partners.
* English language skills (written and verbal) are an advantage.
* Track record of acquiring and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Strong problem-solving, analysis, and planning skills.
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic workplace and industry.
* Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to execute ideas.
* Team player with a strong work ethic.
