Role Purpose:By joining our Product Platform Department you will cover a key role in Simonelli Group product design process. You will contribute to achieve our product development and quality targets while meeting our world-wide customers' needs.Key Responsibilities:- Mechanical design of internal and external components of our products- Definition of molds and interface with suppliers for the request and optimization of sampling- Working in team to monitor the progress of the project Gantt chart- Interfacing with suppliers for quotation requests and co-design- Mechanical design following the criteria of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Total Cost Ownership (TCO)Key Competencies & Requirements:- Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering- Previous experience in Mechanical Design is preferred- Strong knowledge of 3D design and related tools- English knowledge: B2 level- Microsoft Office package: good knowledge (especially Excel)- AutoCAD and Inventor proficiency is a plus- Be able to work by projects and by objectives
