Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to assist the CFO with cross-functional finance operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Channel finance management of key accounts, including financial solutions, incentives, and joint marketing budget and activities management.
- Channel settlement & reconciliation, participating in developing channel settlement rules, monthly forecast and analysis.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Conducting financial analysis of channel customers, combined with customer financial reports and business information, to evaluate profitability, operational efficiency, and financial risks.
- Communicating with business personnel regularly, disclosing identified risks and issues in a timely manner, and tracking resolution progress.
- Communicating with customers regularly, understanding requirements, resolving disputed issues or risks, providing solutions, and following up on closure.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of channel finance, accounting, budgeting, international trade, and auditing.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
