Move with us for a better world!About the RoleAs a MuleSoft Developer, you'll be at the heart of Technogym's digital transformation, designing and building the integrations that connect our global technology ecosystem.

We're looking for a talented integration specialist who thrives on solving complex connectivity challenges and creating seamless data flows across diverse systems and platforms.You'll architect and develop API-led connectivity solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, enabling our business to operate more efficiently and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers worldwide.

Whether you come from a traditional middleware background, have transitioned from application development, or have built your expertise through a non-traditional path, we encourage you to apply if you have the skills and passion for integration development.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Design CenterBuild robust APIs following API-led connectivity principles and RESTful design patterns using RAML or OAS specificationsDevelop complex data transformations using DataWeave to map and transform data between diverse systems and formatsImplement integration patterns (message routing, content enrichment, orchestration, error handling) to solve business challengesCreate and maintain Mule applications for CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or on-premise deployment environmentsDesign and implement security policies including OAuth 2.0, JWT, client ID enforcement, and API throttlingBuild integrations with enterprise systems including Salesforce, SAP, AWS, GCP, databases, file systems, messaging queues, and third-party APIsCollaborate with architects, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and design scalable integration solutionsOptimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of integration servicesImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies using Anypoint Monitoring and external toolsParticipate in code reviews and establish development best practices and reusable assetsContribute to CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket or AWS CodePipelineDocument API specifications, integration designs, and technical architecture for stakeholder consumptionStay current with MuleSoft releases, connectors, and platform enhancements to continuously improve solutionsSupport production deployments and provide technical expertise for incident resolutionQualifications and BackgroundRequired:3-5 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API development and deploymentBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience (we value skills over credentials—relevant experience and certifications may substitute for formal education)Strong proficiency with DataWeave for complex data transformations and mappingsExperience designing and implementing RESTful APIs following best practices and industry standardsSolid understanding of integration patterns, SOA, and microservices architectureKnowledge of API specification languages (RAML, OAS/Swagger) and API lifecycle managementExperience with various protocols and standards (HTTP/HTTPS, REST, SOAP, JMS, AMQP, FTP/SFTP)Familiarity with JSON, XML, CSV, and other data formatsUnderstanding of API security concepts including OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS, and API gateway policiesExperience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflowsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiencesSelf-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyMuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD)
