Oversee day-to-day operational management of the properties, ensuring service standards are maintained.
Coordinate and manage service providers including cleaning companies, maintenance technicians, gardeners, laundry services, and hospitality service providers.
Maintain a reliable network of emergency and technical contacts for each property.
Monitor property maintenance needs and coordinate routine and extraordinary maintenance.
Develop and manage property distribution strategies across online booking channels.
Manage OTA listings and distribution platforms.
Implement and oversee PMS and channel manager systems.
Support revenue optimization through pricing strategies and occupancy management.
Monitor the luxury property rental market and competitor positioning.
Support the development and ongoing management of property websites.
Coordinate with website developers and digital partners.
Oversee integrations between booking systems, channel managers, and external platforms.
Maintain booking infrastructure including API integrations where required.
Manage client communication before, during, and after stays.
Develop and refine the guest journey with a focus on high‐end hospitality standards.
Develop add‐on services and experiences designed to enhance guest stays.
Coordinate local hospitality services and guest requests.
Initially oversee marketing activity related to the properties, including social media coordination, newsletter communications, and digital property presentation.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on cross‐functional initiatives where relevant.
Monitor guest reviews and support reputation management.
Support the development of business plans for properties within the portfolio.
Assist in identifying opportunities to expand the property portfolio.
Contribute to the development of operational systems required to support portfolio growth.
Curate merchandise and property items for guest use.
Develop retail products or branded items that may be offered for sale within the properties.
Support the development of a consistent brand experience across the portfolio.
Requirements
Proven experience in Luxury Property Management (luxury villas, boutique properties, or high‐end hospitality environments), with at least 5 years of experience.
Experience managing or working with OTA platforms, PMS systems, channel managers, booking infrastructure, revenue management and pricing strategy.
Strong IT and digital skills, including OTA management systems, API integrations and digital booking systems, collaboration with website developers and technology providers, advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
Strong organizational and operational coordination skills.
Ability to manage vendors, service providers, and property logistics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem‐solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Role Details
Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm and on call when/if needed. Fully remote, with the option of working from our Rome headquarters. Competitive salary depending on experience. Location: La Spezia, IT.
