Overview
The Business Development team is responsible for originating, solutioning, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals across all Avanade products, capabilities, services, and solutions.
Responsibilities
* Engage with clients to understand their needs and identify potential solutions.
* Create proposals supporting key opportunities in various client accounts, territories, and sectors.
* Collaborate with Business Development teams, partners, and alliances to expand the business.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and buyers.
Skills and Experience
* At least 5 years of sales experience, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
* Understanding of client business needs and technology solution recommendations.
* Industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Retail sectors.
* Strong client communication and presentation skills.
* Creative problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of account planning, sales pipeline management, and revenue quotas.
* Familiarity with Microsoft products, especially D365.

* Apply sales processes like DEEPR, Solution Selling, and Account Management.
* Support marketing initiatives for brand and market development.
