This is a great opportunity to join our team in Mondovi as a Plant Controller Assistant.
* In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and verifying costs and invoices, managing reporting, and supporting month-end closing activities.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Verification and performance assessment of warehouse operations.
* Verification of labor costs and related statistics.
* Verification of turnover trends and performance versus standards.
* Verification of variable and fixed costs against budget.
* Verification and calculation of standard costs.
* Monitoring material consumption trends.
* Checking the trend of purchase prices (PPV).
* Analysis of cost of sales and waste.
* Analysis of obsolescence and LCM funds.
* End-of-month and year-end stock valuation, both standard and average.
* Monthly turnover statistics and related reports.
* Calculation and reporting of royalties.
* Recording waste data.
* Verification of factory indicators, such as stock - MU.
* End-of-month entries related to stocks and cost of sales.
* Mapping of accounting accounts against reporting systems (OneStream).
* Updating Qlik reporting system monthly.
* Editing and printing of cut-off files from the system.
* Managing user access and dates for end-of-month compliance.
* Compilation of ISTAT statistics.
* Updating all Qlik reports.
* Uploading month-end closures on OneStream.
* Uploading forecast, budget, and multi-year plans on OneStream.
Your skills & expertise
* Degree in Economics, Business Management, or a Master's in Business Administration and Control, or similar degrees.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in auditing.
* Previous experience with ERP systems such as QAD.
* Proficiency in English and Italian.
* Strong skills in Windows environment and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Organized, with excellent time and process management skills.
* Good communication skills.
