As Distributor Manager for Italy, you will lead the Joint Business Plan with Gruppo Montenegro to accelerate Johnnie Walker and Bulleit in a newly integrated Italy market. You translate brand and commercial strategy into flawless market execution across On Trade, Off Trade and e-commerce, shaping the premium whisky trajectory. You'll manage forecasting, stock and governance while ensuring strong partner collaboration and performance insights. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends analytics, commercial leadership and distributor management to drive growth. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead the annual Joint Business Plan (JBP) with Gruppo Montenegro across NSV, depletions, share, activations and innovation and set bold KPIs Drive execution excellence across channels to ensure optimal visibility and brand in-store presence, partnering with Montenegro on On Trade, Off Trade and E-commerce Co-lead demand forecasting and S&OP with distributor and internal teams; improve forecast accuracy and manage inventory health Support brand equity, activation and innovation delivery with adherence to brand guidelines and market codes; guide launches and limited editions Analyze depletions, market share, distribution and promo ROI; lead performance reviews and market reporting Strengthen distributor capabilities and collaboration, acting as whisky category ambassador and building trust across Montenegro's organization Ensure governance and compliance, coordinating MB/R, policies, contracts and cross-team alignment with Montenegro Responsabilità 8+ years of commercial experience in distributor management, KAM, or trade/commercial roles in FMCG or spirits Strong knowledge of Italian On Trade and Off Trade customers Proven experience in xrdztoy managing distributors, building JBPs and driving execution Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Strong analytical skills with IRI/Nielsen/GfK, Power BI and Excel proficiency Strong forecasting, S&OP and value-chain understanding Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, matrix environments Fluent Italian and professional English Requisiti fondamentali Incentive plan based on performance Company car and fuel card Mobile phone Employee Assistance programme Welfare plan Industry leading sales capability training #J-18808-Ljbffr
