Job Description: Our performance marketing team is expanding. We are looking for an experienced performance marketer to join our global marketing team, based in Germany or Italy. The ideal candidate will be commercially driven with a proven track record of running and managing best-in-class paid campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and Meta. This is a pivotal in-house Paid Media / Performance Marketing Manager role to join Radius Digital Marketing. You will develop and execute our paid search, display, and social strategy.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of large-scale paid campaigns across Google, Microsoft and Meta.
* Drive new paid channels and ideas to improve the performance of existing campaigns.
* Implement effective budget and bid optimisations to achieve channel KPI targets.
* Utilise analytics tools to analyse and report on key performance metrics.
* Generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance, insights and recommendations for improvement across the channel and provide actionable insights to enhance the overall marketing strategy.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team to optimise landing pages and improve conversion rates for all paid search traffic, implementing A/B testing strategies to enhance campaign performance.
* Keep up to date with industry trends, updates and best practices within paid media, recommending and implementing new strategies to maximise performance.
Qualifications
Required Skills
* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search and paid social.
* Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
* Great communication and collaboration skills.
* Excellent data analysis skills and comfort with large data sets.
* Fluent in Italian.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with Google Data Studio or Tableau.
* Completed Google Skills Shop courses such as Google Ads, Analytics Academy, Google Ad Manager, etc.
* Ability to use Salesforce or Tableau.
