PpbSTAM /b is looking for a bDigital Product Owner /b to join its office bCagliari /b within STAM’s Digital Solutions Business Area. /p h3Main Activities /h3 pJoin the Digital Solutions team at STAM and you'll have the opportunity to work in the energy, industrial, and critical infrastructure sectors, collaborating with key players in the national and European industrial landscape. In this role, you will support clients in their growth and digital transformation journey. /p pThe sought‑after candidate will take on the role of Product Owner, managing a portfolio of innovative, high‑tech projects both in the field of funded research and as a solution provider. They will be responsible for ensuring that the developed solutions meet market and customer needs, creating a win‑win relationship with partners and stakeholders. Specifically, the role will involve the following activities: /p ul liPortfolio management and development: Overseeing and coordinating and acquiring projects, with a strong focus on research and development; /li liDevelopment strategy definition: Designing and implementing a consistent growth and development strategy that optimizes project activities and promotes a modular, integrated approach; /li liRequirements analysis and definition: Gathering and defining functional and technical requirements in line with customer needs, supporting the creation of test cases and managing project activities; /li liSoftware lifecycle management: Overseeing the complete software lifecycle, from initial development to release, maintenance, and ongoing updates. /li /ul pWe are looking for someone with solid experience in managing technology projects and a strong passion for digital innovation. /p h3Requirements /h3 pMaster or Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Energetic, Management, Computer, Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent. /p pThree Years experience (but not mandatory) in: /p ul liManagement of IT projects in the energy, infrastructure or industry domain; /li liRequirements analysis and specifications for IT projects; /li liAnalysis and Implementation of Customer’s requirements for IT projects; /li liCollaborating with users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements; /li liDefining the vision for the product and maintaining a cohesive vision throughout the process; /li liCreating a product roadmap based on this vision; /li liKnowledge of testing activities and acceptance/qualification process. /li /ul pKnowledge of testing and validation activities; /p pGood teamworking, communication and interpersonal skills; /p pCritical thinking, problem‑solving and attention to detail; /p pGood knowledge of the English language and drafting project documentation. /p h3What You Get /h3 ul liOpportunity to work on innovation projects, being engaged on different activities and increasing skills on cutting‑edge technological solutions and applications; /li liConstantly engage with the challenges of state‑of‑the‑art and future technologies; /li liEnhance your skills and build a career path of excellence while developing STAM business. /li /ul pIndicative annual gross salary: 33-42K /p pWorking languages: Italian, English /p h3Why Working in STAM /h3 pSTAM is a fast‑growing multidisciplinary engineering company, with a team of young talents involved in international projects alongside corporates, SMEs and start‑ups in various fields and industrial sectors.
