Dopo un periodo di affiancamento e di adeguata formazione, l’addetto si occuperà delle seguenti attività: - preparazione dello stampo, seguendo e interpretando i disegni tecnici (sia manuali che in Autocad) forniti dall’Industrializzazione; - montaggio dello stampo nelle presse; - caricamento del materiale, avvio e controllo della produzione; - controllo visivo e dimensionale del prodotto pressato mediante idonei strumenti di misurazione; - gestione delle lavorazioni secondo la lista di produzione fornita dall’ufficio Pianificazione. È richiesta la disponibilità a lavorare con orario a giornata per il periodo di affiancamento e formazione e successivamente su turni diurni (06.00-13.30/13.30-21.00). - conoscenze di tipo meccanico acquisite tramite percorso scolastico (qualifica professionale o diploma di perito meccanico) o tramite esperienza in precedenti realtà similari; - conoscenza degli attrezzi ed utensili da officina e di strumenti di misurazione; - conoscenza e capacità di lettura di disegni meccanici. Costituisce titolo preferenziale precedente esperienza in realtà metalmeccaniche o di minuteria metallica. Completano il profilo una buona flessibilità personale, attitudine a lavorare in ambienti produttivi dotati di un elevato numero di macchine, precisione e predisposizione a lavorare in team.
