Guarantee a high level of customer service, exceeding expectations and demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the product, brand history and SANDRO values. Advise customers following fashion trends and developments in the mid‑luxury market, showing passion for fashion. Welcome and assist a demanding clientele. Fidelise clients by providing tailored and personalised consulting. Contribute to the development of the brand image by delivering a unique and personalised service. Increase revenue by highlighting our products. Reach personal and store goals through an in‑depth knowledge of the collection and clients.
Merchandising
Arrange the sales floor and products in compliance with company guidelines. Ensure that visual standards are market‑leading. Create visual merchandising for our collections in line with guidelines from the company and the Store Manager.
Operations
Work as part of a team to ensure excellent store management. Assist in stock and delivery management.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Associate in high‑end ready‑to‑wear sector. Passion for fashion and good knowledge of the sector and its trends. High level of customer service and business sense. Well‑curated standing and excellent communication and relational skills. Excellent teamwork and problem‑solving skills. Good stress management, flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Fluent English.
