Our client is a multinational company, global leader in the engineering and manufacturing of industrial solutions. We are looking for the:

IT Help Desk Specialist

Position Summary :The IT Help Desk Specialist will be part of Group IT Team and will play a key role in ensuring efficiency, security and evolution of the Group's technological infrastructure. The IT Help Desk Specialist will be a key business partner to support users across the globe. The IT Help Desk Specialist will also be involved in implementing cybersecurity best practices and will contribute to the organization's digital transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSystem Support and Management:

- Provide first and second level technical support to users on Windows environment (client and server);

- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive);

- Manage Active Directory and security policies;

- Resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring business continuity;

- Handle ticketing and document technical procedures.

Networking and Security:

- Assist the team in managing network infrastructure;

- Learn and support the configuration of Fortinet appliances (FortiGate, FortiSwitch);

- Participate in network implementation and optimization projects.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience / Skills :

- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, or related field

- 4/5 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles

- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server

- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft cloud services

- Networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN)

- Good level of technical English (written and spoken

Preferred Experience:

- Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-900, AZ-900 or similar)

- Previous experience with network appliances or firewalls

- Basic knowledge of Fortinet or other networking/security vendors
