About the Role
We are hiring motivated professionals fluent in Italian to join our leading global customer experience team in Portugal. Roles include Customer Support and Content Moderation across various international projects and platforms.
You will provide user support and ensure content compliance, working with a diverse, high-performing team in a dynamic, international environment.
What You'll Do
Customer Support:
* Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
* Provide accurate product and service information
* Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Content Moderation:
* Review and evaluate user-generated content
* Enforce compliance with platform policies
* Escalate complex cases to specialized teams
* Ensure content quality, objectivity, and safety
What We're Looking For
* Fluency in Italian (C1 or higher)
* English proficiency (minimum B2)
* EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in Portugal
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Availability to work on-site in Porto
* Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends

Relocation Package (On-site Only):
* Shared accommodation for up to 12 months (€280/month, utilities included, deducted from salary)

* Hotel stay up to 15 days (project-dependent)
