Position Overview
Join Micron as an Intern Engineer, contributing to developing and analyzing digital and analog circuits. Collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality products.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the construction, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits
* Perform parasitic modeling and aid in developing validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions
* Coordinate and manage the layout process, including floor-planning, placement, and routing
* Execute verification processes using modeling and simulation with industry-standard tools
* Collaborate across teams to drive standardization and ensure group success
* Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, Product Engineering) to ensure manufacturability
* Proactively engage with Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to enhance design quality
* Drive innovation for future memory generations in a dynamic environment
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
* Solid understanding of digital and analog circuit development principles
* Experience with industry-standard simulation and verification tools
* Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for automation
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in memory development or semiconductor industry
* Familiarity with parasitic modeling and layout optimization techniques
* Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in product development
* Attitude to innovate and propose process improvements
