Job Description
This role is central to the management of our e-commerce platform and assisting in other digital marketing activities, such as social media coordination or e-tailer account management.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage the translation of content shared into English by headquarters.
* Collaborate with the creative team to localize assets for Italy, including images and CTA (call-to-action) elements.
* Manage the mailing calendar in Asana in collaboration with the CRM & Loyalty EU team, proposing opportunities based on e-commerce site insights.
E-commerce and Digital Marketing Performance Analysis
* Monitor overall e-commerce sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other key digital metrics to optimize product placement, content, and engagement.
* Analyze CRM and e-commerce dashboards and reports to inform data-driven decisions.
Collaboration and Coordination
* Work with the CRM & Loyalty, Media, CRO, Content & Merchandising teams to align digital strategies with country Italy goals.
* Prepare presentations and provide valuable insights to decision-makers.
* Partner with affiliate networks to drive strong partnerships for Italy.
General Digital Marketing Support
* Assist in other digital marketing activities, such as social media coordination or e-tailer account management.
About You
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Page Designer is an advantage.
* Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Fluent in English and Italian is mandatory.
