The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities for New Product Introduction (NPI), working closely with Research Development, Engineering, Quality and Production teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the development of our future products and to grow professionally in a challenging and innovative environment. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 pbNPI Procurement Management: /b /p ul liCoordinate all procurement activities related to new projects, from concept phase to mass production. /li liActively collaborate with RD and Engineering teams to define specifications for components and materials required for new products. /li liIdentify, evaluate, and select new suppliers in line with the technical, quality, and cost requirements of NPI projects. /li /ul pbAnalysis and Costing: /b /p ul liConduct in-depth cost analysis for new components and materials, identifying optimization opportunities and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reduction. /li liParticipate in defining target prices and managing the purchasing budget for NPI projects. /li /ul pbSupplier Negotiation and Management: /b /p ul liNegotiate NPI final price, assuring it adheres to product technical requirements and to its target cost. /li liManage supplier relationships, monitoring their performance in terms of quality, delivery times, and costs during the product development phase. /li /ul pbTechnical Support and Processes: /b /p ul liAcquire and apply in-depth knowledge of production and technological processes related to new products to support strategic purchasing decisions. /li liContribute to optimizing NPI procurement processes, proposing improvements and best practices. /li /ul pbCommunication and Collaboration: /b /p ul liAct as a key interface between the Procurement team and other departments involved in product development (RD, Engineering, Quality, Production). /li liRegularly provide updates on project status and purchasing decisions to internal teams. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field. /li liPrevious experience, even minimal (e.g., internship or thesis), in industrial contexts or supply chain/procurement roles is a plus. /li liExcellent data analysis, costing, and problem-solving abilities. /li liStrong negotiation and interpersonal relationship management skills. /li liInterest and aptitude for learning production processes and technologies. /li liProactive mindset, ability to adapt to rapidly evolving contexts. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken (Italian and English). /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
