Role Purpose: Curiosity and familiarity in Technology and Leadership skills in managing different stakeholders in a complex environment is a must. Key accountabilities and decision ownership: - Be the technical reference of the business Digital Marketing team - Manage the E2E activities assigned to achieve the business requirements within the agreed timelines with high quality and in an Agile work environment - Configure and maintain the digital platforms he/she will be owner - Collaborate strictly with Operation teams in order to assure the best E2E service to the final customers Core competencies, knowledge and experience: - Experience of at least 5-7 years in IT departments as IT analyst, Developer or Digital expert - Previous experience in campaign Automation platforms (Acoustic, Airship, Adobe, Salesforce,) - Strong knowledge of Digital ecosystems (CMS, App, Web, CDP, ,) - Knowledge of the main standard data communication processes (sftp, API, Queue,) - Fluent in speaking and writing in English Studies: - Bachelor degree in computer science and/or engineering
