PIntegrated Communication Senior Manager Pharma - H25457 /ppOnline from /pp21 / 07 / 2025 /ppLocation /ppOur Client is one of the leading biopharmaceutical companies focused on the development of innovative therapeutic solutions. /ppbRole /b /ppThe Integrated Communication Senior Manager reports to Head of Marketing Trade. /ppYou are responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated communication and media campaigns based on strategies and plans defined by the Brand Positioning Communication Team focus on several products and channels of an important business unit. /ppYou will manage your own digital marketing team. /ppbMain responsibilities : /b /pulliOversees the development of Marketing promotional materials based on Marketing brand campaigns, adapting them to the specific requirements of each channel conveying the intended messages defined by Brand Positioning Communication; /liliBased on Marketing Plan defined by Brand Positioning Communication Team, implements and monitors media campaigns across various channels, optimizing execution for maximum effectiveness; /liliCarries out data-driven analyses of media digital campaigns to optimize effectiveness and meet brand objectives, in accordance with Brand Positioning Communication Team; /liliTracks and reports campaign performance using analytics tools; /liliOversees SEO execution based on predefined content strategies, supporting website optimization activities; /liliSupports Brand Positioning Communication Team in cross activities related to social media properties and websites for Primary Care Brands; /liliImplements communication activities to enhance the visibility of company and brand projects to both internal and external stakeholders; /liliCoordinates with external agencies and internal teams to guarantee smooth execution of media digital projects; /liliManages and supervises the team dedicated to digital and graphic design, guiding it through a continuous coordination activity towards the defined objectives; /liliProactively interacts with Drug Safety in reporting suspected adverse reactions; /liliSupports compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in all digital marketing activities; /liliKnows the legal, deontological and business rules that govern the activities for which they are responsible, and act in accordance with them. /li /ulpbMain requirements /b /pulliBachelor's / Master's degree in Economics or scientific disciplines; /liliExperience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical / life-science or FMCG or Consumer sectors; /liliAt least 7 / 8 years of extensive work experience within a digital / marketing department; /liliFluent English and good knowledge of major IT tools and applications; /liliExcellent knowledge of social media, content marketing, online adv tools and data analysis; /liliInterest in following the new trends of e-commerce, technology and digital marketing in general; /liliIn-depth knowledge of individual social channels and best practices for building and monitoring their performance; /liliKnowledge of the main productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office). /li /ulpHuman Value is responsible for activities of Search Selection (Aut.
