For a 5 Stars Luxury Resort in Venice, we are looking for an Event Manager, who will play a key role in organizing memorable events and experiences for guests. Plan, organize events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and special occasions, ensuring guest satisfaction. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized and tailored solutions. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to deliver excellent-quality services. Conduct site inspections and showcase the hotel's event spaces to potential clients. Drive sales and revenue growth through effective event management and client relationship building. At least 2 years of experience in luxury hotel event management roles. Fluent in English and Italian. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Location : the position is based in Venice. Employment type: full time, permanent contract.
