Job Description
The Campaign Marketing Specialist is responsible for the management, implementation, and delivery of direct marketing campaigns, acting as a point of contact and expertise for technological implementation. Its main objectives are:
1. Planning and implementation of direct marketing strategies to achieve objectives related to the customer base and continuous improvement of specific KPIs.
2. Optimization of direct marketing campaigns (Email, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.) and marketing automation journeys to ensure effectiveness across all touchpoints, channels, and devices.
3. Supporting the implementation of marketing projects, starting from maximizing tool adoption and contributing to the definition of best practices for adoption and monitoring.
Responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, store managers, consumer engagement, digital division) to enhance results and direct marketing programs.
2. Planning and building direct marketing campaigns.
3. Supporting the development and execution of Omnichannel marketing initiatives (e.g., transactional emails).
4. Identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency, proposing innovative solutions related to tools (e.g., Salesforce solutions) and best practices.
5. Supervising and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, content accuracy, and proposing process efficiencies.
6. Sharing campaign results with an omnichannel perspective, including channel performance, cross-team feedback, and insights for future campaigns.
7. Considering activation of A/B tests, surveys, creative and copy tests to improve campaign performance.
8. Promoting role learning through proactive activities focused on innovation and effectiveness.
9. Adopting and developing digital technologies within the function for process management and stakeholder engagement.
10. Encouraging behaviors and actions aligned with Sustainable Development, focusing on environmental care, process improvement, and organizational community.
Requirements:
* Degree or background in mathematical and/or scientific studies.
* Management DEM.
* Analytical thinking skills.
* Knowledge of HTML and AMPScript.
* Relational and teamwork skills.
