We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and highly motivated junior profile to work closely with the CEO within an innovative environment focused on startups, technology, networking and events.
The selected candidate will support daily operations, professional relationships, communication activities and event management, experiencing first-hand the fast-paced dynamics of a growing company.
Main Activities
* Direct support to the CEO in daily activities
* Presence and operational support during events, meetings and networking activities
* Social media content creation and management
* Support in event promotion and communication activities
* Coordination with the communication team
* Support in preparing presentations and communication materials
* Relationship management with partners, guests and stakeholders
* Operational support during national and international business trips
