BACK OFFICE & SECRETARY – COSMETICS INDUSTRY
Milo Milano Srl, a company operating in the cosmetics industry, is looking for a Commercial Back Office & Secretary to provide comprehensive operational, administrative, and organizational support to the office and daily business activities.
Responsibilities:
* handling incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email, correspondence)
* managing calendars, meetings, and internal and external communications
* coordinating follow-ups after meetings and agreed actions
* carrying out commercial back office and secretarial activities
* providing administrative support to the sales team
* preparing documents, reports, and presentations
* filing and archiving documents and overseeing proper information flow
* coordinating office suppliers and services (office maintenance, cleaning, servicing, security)
* organizing and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and shared spaces
* ordering office supplies and overseeing office equipment
* monitoring contracts, deadlines, and related documentation
* receiving and sending courier shipments
* collaborating with internal departments and the international headquarters
Requirements:
* Knowledge of Polish is considered a plus
* Previous experience in a similar role is required
* strong organizational skills, accuracy, autonomy, and a proactive mindset
