In this role, youll focus on the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the placement of IT professionals with our client portfolio across Italy. If youre ambitious, people-oriented, and excited by the idea of connecting talented engineers with exciting projects, this is the perfect role to grow from.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Milan, Italy (Full-time, in-office)</p><p><strong>Contract Type:</strong> Permanent Employment</p><p><strong>Salary Range</strong>: €25.000 - €35.000</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What Youll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Own end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles across IT disciplines</li><li>Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals, and other networks.</li><li>Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical competencies, career motivations, and suitability for outsourcing or staff augmentation models.</li><li>Build and manage a high-quality, continuously evolving pipeline of IT talent for both immediate and future client needs.</li><li>Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and client stakeholders, translating technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies.</li><li>Advise clients and internal teams on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the Italian engineering landscape.</li><li>Contribute to process improvements and recruitment best practices.</li><li>Support employer branding efforts to position Prime Engineering Italy as an employer of choice in the engineering sector.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What Were Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>1–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a talent-related role.
