Parallel Employment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fast Food General Manager to oversee the operations of one of our client’s fast-food establishments located in Arcade NY. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service. As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you'll be the driving force behind your restaurant's success. You will lead a team, oversee daily operations, and ensure guest satisfaction, team development, and financial performance. Your goal is to build a high-performing team, create an exceptional customer experience, and grow the business. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring a positive work environment. Provide coaching, feedback, and leadership to ensure employees are meeting performance standards. Maintain a culture of accountability, recognizing achievements and addressing performance concerns as needed. Ensure all food safety, quality, and brand standards are met at all times. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures. manage scheduling, inventory, and restaurant maintenance to keep operations running efficiently. Ensure compliance with Wendy's Foods policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations Foster a customer-first culture, ensuring that guests receive friendly, accurate, and timely service. Lead by example in providing excellent hospitality and handling customer concerns professionally. Manage P&L, labor costs, and expenses to ensure financial success. Implement local marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts to drive sales. Identify areas for business growth and operational improvement. Required Characteristics: Proven leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting (QSR experience preferred). Strong ability to motivate, develop, and lead a team. A guest-first mindset, with a focus on quality and service excellence. Solid understanding of business operations, P&L management, and financial performance metrics. Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and make decisions under pressure. Certification in food safety (e.g., ServSafe) and other relevant industry certifications. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
