WHAT WE LOOK FORWe are looking for a Helpdesk IT – Backoffice to join our team on a part-time or internship basis, working on-site or in hybrid mode (office/facility and remote work) in Avezzano (AQ), Italy .
Requirements:
University degree is not mandatory if the candidate has a minimum level of experience
Strong passion for IT and system administration
Technical skills required:
System Administration
Windows Server
Networking
NAT / NAT forwarding
Firewall configuration
VPN, Proxy, DMZ concepts
Preferably Proxmox and/or VMware
Apache
MySQL
PHP
(Theoretical knowledge is acceptable)
WHAT YOU WILL DOAs Helpdesk IT, you will be responsible for:
First and second-level IT support
Technical backoffice and ticket management
Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux systems
Support in managing network infrastructure
Troubleshooting activities on systems, networks and virtual environments
Supporting server and backend service management
