Operations Engineering Manager Role
Our organization is seeking a skilled Operations Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineering technicians. This role involves maintaining focus on safety through training, development, and coaching the team.
The successful candidate will deliver high equipment availability by ensuring preventative maintenance is conducted and internal processes are followed.
* Lead and support the team in working safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures.
* Collaborate with the team and wider network to leverage technical expertise and build solutions.
* Work closely with the Reliability Engineering Manager to implement safety programs and ensure statutory compliance.
* Implement network standards and prioritize preventative maintenance to maintain equipment availability.
* Organize training programs for the team to ensure sufficient technical coverage.
* Support local and EU-level projects as assigned by the manager.
This role requires significant practical engineering experience, including supervisory roles and multi-skilled abilities in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is highly valued, along with experience working with automated equipment and PLC-based control systems.
