<p><strong>About the job</strong></p><p>We are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team based in Milan.</p><p>The person will report to the Head of Finance.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Main Activities and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Supporting the correct and timely booking of accounting entries for monthly preparation of reporting package</li><li>Preparing the Monthly Reporting for the European subsidiaries of the group</li><li>Checking correctness of AR invoices, such as VAT codes, SDI and related format</li><li>Checking Sales summary report and preparing AR ledgers reconciliation</li><li>Acting as support to the team for all AR related issues with internal and external parties, follow up debt collection and maintaining AR aging updated</li><li>Preparing and assisting timely local tax declarations and filings, such as Intrastat, VAT register and stamp duty</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business Management</li><li>About 2/3 years of experience in accounting or similar roles</li><li>Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)</li><li>Precise, proactive, organized, motivated person</li><li>Able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment</li><li>Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially advanced Excel</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Being part of an international team in a global fashion group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow</li><li>Young and flexible working environment</li><li>Stimulating, dynamic and fulfilling workplace</li><li>Space to proactively suggest improvements to the flows and processes</li><li>Permanent and full-time contract</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>The salary will be defined according to the seniority of the candidate.</p><p><br></p><p>We promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth.</p><p></p>
