This hybrid role combines strong coordination skills with proactive engagement—including bcold calling and prospect follow‑up /b—to help grow our sales pipeline and ensure smooth customer journeys. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure opportunities are captured, documented, and delivered efficiently. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Sales Coordination Administration /h3 ul liPrepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions for AI Cash Management, ESL, and Digital Signage solutions. /li liMaintain CRM data accuracy across leads, opportunities, and client accounts. /li liSupport the scheduling of demos, product presentations, and client meetings. /li liTrack order fulfilment and installation progress in coordination with logistics and technical teams. /li liAssist with internal documentation, pricing updates, and partner correspondence. /li /ul h3Lead Generation Cold Calling /h3 ul liConduct cold calls and outbound outreach to potential clients across the retail sector to identify new business opportunities. /li liQualify leads and schedule introductory meetings or product demos for the sales team. /li liFollow up on marketing campaigns, event leads, and inbound inquiries. /li liMaintain detailed records of outreach activities, conversations, and next steps in the CRM. /li liCollaborate with marketing on targeted calling lists and prospect engagement strategies. /li /ul h3Customer Project Support /h3 ul liAct as a point of contact for clients on order updates and documentation. /li liCoordinate with cross‑functional teams (Technical, Operations, Customer Success) to ensure seamless execution. /li liSupport client onboarding and after‑sales service coordination. /li liHelp prepare implementation documents and client handover. /li /ul h3Reporting Analysis /h3 ul liGenerate regular sales activity and pipeline reports for management review. /li liMonitor key metrics such as lead conversion, quotation turnaround, and sales pipeline performance. /li liProvide insights on lead quality and outreach effectiveness. /li /ul h3Key Skills Competencies /h3 ul liConfident and professional telephone manner; comfortable with cold calling and outreach. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liStrong organizational and multitasking abilities. /li liProficiency with CRM systems. /li liWorking knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. /li liAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present sales data. /li liCustomer‑centric, detail‑oriented, and proactive in follow‑up. /li liAbility to work effectively with both sales and technical colleagues. /li /ul h3Education Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. /li li2–4 years’ experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation—ideally in retail technology, automation, or B2B sales calling on Retail and Hospitality Sectors. /li liPrior experience with cold calling or telemarketing in a B2B environment is highly desirable. /li liExposure to solution‑based selling involving hardware and software integration is advantageous. /li /ul h3Personal Attributes /h3 ul liEnergetic, persuasive, and self‑motivated. /li liResilient with a positive attitude toward outreach and prospecting. /li liHighly organized with a keen eye for detail. /li liAdaptable, curious, and eager to learn about new technologies. /li liCollaborative and dependable team player. /li /ul pApply online /p h3Additional Details /h3 ul libSeniority level: /b Entry level /li libEmployment type: /b Full‑time /li libJob function: /b Sales and Business Development /li libIndustries: /b IT Services and IT Consulting /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
