Job Description
5‑month contract. Location: Milan. Fluent in English and Italian required.
YOUR MISSION
* Plan and adjust flows and production schedules, managing daily stock levels, transfers, and deliveries to ensure seamless operations.
* Manage plant‑level inventories, balancing plant capacities to optimize service and minimize costs without compromising customer satisfaction.
* Lead the execution of seasonal supply surges, including forecasting, communication, and exception management to meet demand.
* Support the creation, analysis, and delivery of planning reports to drive data‑informed decision‑making.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals.
* Monitor and manage stock transfers and new pallet deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes, focusing on cost optimization and operational efficiency.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Bachelor’s or Bachelor of Science degree (preferable) or demonstrated equivalent experience in SC Planning Analysis.
* Logistics execution expertise.
* Supply chain background.
* Experience in an office environment with frequent customer and provider contacts (emails, calls).
* Experience in an environment with urgent requests and the ability to manage urgencies.
